Account & Registration

Questions about the new account registration process, identity verification, and managing your dax69 account.

The dax69 registration process is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the button Register at the top of the page, complete the form with your username, phone number, password, and referral code (if any). Enter the OTP sent to your phone number for verification, and your account will be instantly active and ready to use. Registration is completely free — no cost at all.

The minimum age to register and play at dax69 is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. All members are required to verify their age during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before their first withdrawal is processed. dax69 takes seriously its responsibility to ensure this platform is only used by adult users.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at dax69. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information violates our terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our support team — we will help resolve it without the need to open a new account.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings section. There you can update your password by entering your old and new password. To change your phone number, you will need to go through an additional identity verification process to ensure account security. If you are unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" function on the page Login or contact our Live Chat.

For KYC verification purposes, you are required to submit a copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid passport. Supporting documents such as a bank statement or utility bill may be required to verify your address in certain cases. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. This verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Everything you need to know about depositing, withdrawing, transaction limits, and processing times.

dax69 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX (all major local banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All methods are fully supported and processed securely using bank-grade encryption. Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically credited within seconds.

dax69 withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for most payment methods. Withdrawals to local bank accounts via DuitNow are typically the fastest. E-wallet withdrawals are equally quick. In certain cases involving large amounts or security reviews, it may take up to 24 hours. Verified KYC significantly speeds up the withdrawal process.

Yes. The minimum deposit at dax69 is RM 20, while the maximum deposit depends on the chosen payment method — typically between RM 10,000 and RM 50,000 per day. For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM 50. The daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM 30,000 and can be increased for VIP members upon request. Contact support if you require a higher limit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for several reasons: KYC not completed, bonus wagering requirements not met, bank account details not matching the dax69 account name, or account activity triggering an automatic security review. Ensure the full name on your bank account matches the name registered at dax69. If the issue persists, contact our Live Chat with your transaction ID for an immediate review.

dax69 does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. You receive 100% of the amount you request to withdraw. Any fees that may arise are from your bank or e-wallet provider, not from dax69. We recommend checking your bank's fee policy for interbank transfer transactions where applicable.

Bonus & Promotions

Learn how to claim bonuses, understand wagering requirements, and explore all exclusive promotional offers for dax69 members.

New dax69 members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM 1,500. For example, if you deposit RM 200, you will receive an additional RM 300 bonus, bringing your game balance to RM 500. The bonus is credited automatically after your first successful deposit, and the specified wagering (rollover) requirements must be met before withdrawal.

Wagering requirements mean you need to place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount received before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 300 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you need to place bets worth RM 3,000 (across many smaller rounds) before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. This is an industry-standard requirement designed to ensure bonuses are used fairly.

Yes! dax69 offers daily cashback for active members — the cashback rate depends on your game type and membership level. VIP members enjoy higher cashback rates. In addition, there are weekly deposit promotions, tournament prizes, and festive season offers throughout the year. All current promotions can be viewed directly from your account dashboard after Login.

Yes, you may choose to opt out of receiving a bonus when making a deposit. Select the "No Bonus" option on the deposit screen if you wish to deposit without any wagering requirements. Deposits made without a bonus can be withdrawn at any time with no rollover requirements. This is a flexible option for players who prioritise full withdrawal freedom.
